You may have noticed things look and feel a bit different today and that's not by coincidence. We have initiated the first phase of our external site rebuild, aiming to put information at the heart and centre, with minimal visual distraction. We believe that the time has come for us to take a new approach, so that not only will we emphasise our products, but also information about the project itself such as updates and experimental features. In the future, we also intend to look for user input on new features and improvements, because we want to build a service you can be happy to use. At the heart of this is a focus on iteration, and in the coming weeks you can expect to see us make more improvements to the user experience, as we continue to upgrade the quality and accuracy of all of our search interfaces. You may have noticed the disappearance of certain legacy features in recent days, which is because we don't want to maintain broken or half-hearted experiments from a few years ago, which no longer function as intended Be on the look out for further improvements to the user experience! |
